The client needed ADA Improvements - involving concrete sidewalks, curb access ramps, asphalt accessible parking spaces, asphalt paths of travel, striping, and signage - done immediately to mitigate a lawsuit. We inspected the site, prepared a proposal for the remediation work and completed the corrective work to meet the deadline. The lawsuit was successfully resolved with no further penalty or remediation required.
